Announcing the Recipients of the Namada Delegation Program
The Namada community successfully launched Phase 1 of mainnet on the 3rd of December 2024, at 15:03 UTC. The decentralized launch process involved more than 180 independent validators collaborating to initiate the network’s genesis. The Namada network was recently upgraded to mainnet Phase 2, after a community-made proposal had successfully passed the on-chain governance process.

Anoma Foundation did not operate any validators on the Namada network and does not plan to operate any validators in the future. As a result, the Namada Delegation Program was announced in October 2024, with the goal of strengthening the security of the network and fostering a diverse set of validators. The program was met with community enthusiasm and we are very grateful for the 186 applications received. After many weeks of careful evaluation, we are pleased to announce the selected validators for the Anoma Foundation’s first Namada Delegation Program.
The validators below were selected based on the program’s criteria, as well as the staking state of the Namada network snapshotted during Epoch 63:

In the upcoming days, the Anoma Foundation will make the delegations specified in the table above to the selected validators for the maximum duration of 6 months. Recipients of the delegation are still subject to the criteria specified in the program announcement. The Anoma Foundation can fully or partially undelegate with no prior notice in the event the validator becomes ineligible during the program’s period.
